Hagit Gal joined the Emblaze Group in 1999 and is an integral member of the corporate management team.

During her tenure at Emblaze, Ms. Gal has been actively involved in the Group’s M&A and fund raising activities, leading several equity related transactions and managing acquisitions and disposals of privately held companies.

Ms. Gal currently serves as in-house legal counsel and Company Secretary of Emblaze, ensuring the Company’s compliance with listing and regulatory requirements, and is also responsible for the Company’s investor and public relations as well as human resources.

Ms. Gal is admitted to the Israeli Bar as a licensed advocate and holds an LLB in law.
